These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of digital marketing, web design, social media management, graphics design, and SEO services (“Services”) provided by Precious Adeleke (“Provider”). By engaging the Services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Provider offers a range of services including, but not limited to:
– Digital Marketing
– Page Management
– Design Jobs
– Website Design
– Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
3.1. Page Management: Full payment must be made before work starts.
3.2. Design Jobs: Full payment must be made before work starts.
3.3. Website Design Jobs: A payment of 70% of the total project cost must be made before work starts. The remaining 30% is due upon completion of the project.
3.4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Full payment must be made before work starts.
4.1. After Completion: Refunds will not be made after work is finished. In exceptional circumstances, a maximum of 40% may be refunded to compensate for the time spent on the design.
4.2. Before Work Starts: If work has not started, a full refund can be made.
4.3. In Transit: If work is in progress but not completed, only 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
If you have a specific design in mind, please send me your sample for reference. If you prefer to leave the design to my creativity, please note that I will provide up to 3 revisions (corrections) per design. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra fee.
The Provider reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms. In such cases, any payments made will be handled following the Refund Policy outlined above.
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Provider’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
